The cuts, contours, and weight of the previous Lopez Type 3 model were improved. The large diagonal cuts for left-hand rotation were changed to alternating semicircular cuts, making them optimal for any grip and angle. As a result, this barrel reduces misfires and transmits power more evenly.

Furthermore, this model now offers greater stability thanks to its weight of 20g, 1g more than the previous model. At the same time, its versatile grip allows for rear grip, middle grip, and rotations to both the left and right.
