This will keep the rods in good condition and slippery for better table performance. Just be careful not to get silicone on the handles or playing surface while applying it.
Next, you can take your bottle of liquid silicone and apply one or two drops of silicone to the end of the foosball rod next to the bearing.
Finally, slide the rod into the bearing and rotate it a few times in slow motion. This will ensure your bearing remains lubricated and extend its lifespan.
