DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery time is 5 to 7 business days (during holidays such as Three Kings Day, Christmas Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and sales periods, the delivery time may be extended to 10 days).
TRANSPORTATION:
The customer must inspect the received merchandise at the time of delivery by the transport agency. If any damage is visible, do not accept the delivery and ask the carrier to return it.
If you inspect the package and find it is in perfect condition, always note "damaged package" on the delivery note before signing. This is to protect yourself with the transport insurance against any damage the order may suffer during transit that is not immediately visible.
