DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery time is 3 to 4 business days (during holidays such as Three Kings Day, Christmas Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and sales periods, the delivery time may be extended to 7 days).
SHIPPING:
The customer must inspect the merchandise upon delivery. If any damage is visible, do not accept the delivery and ask the carrier to take it back.
If the packaging is in perfect condition, always note "damaged package" on the delivery note before signing. This is done to protect yourself against any damage to the order during transport that may not be immediately apparent.
