Manuel Gil's guarantee ensures the quality of the product it covers, under the legally established terms, for a period of one year, extendable to two years depending on the product or manufacturer.
Defects caused by negligence, impacts, misuse or improper handling, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear from normal use are not included.
In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the option will be repair, replacement of the item, price reduction or refund, under the legally established terms.
To make use of the warranty, it is essential to present the warranty certificate along with the proof of purchase.
Our commitment: Our guarantee includes free shipping on all incorrect, defective, or expired products. For orders within the warranty period, shipping is always free for orders within Spain and Portugal during the first year of the warranty. During the second year, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs, and the warranty will cover labor and parts necessary for repairing the product under warranty. A quote will always be provided for this second-year warranty shipping before the customer approves payment.

The items offered in our stores are backed by leading brands. Providing the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your order upon receipt, you have ninety (90) daysfrom the date of delivery to exercise your right of return. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To process a return, the product must be in perfect condition, exactly as it was sent, with no signs of use. It must be in its original packaging, well-sealed, and protected with black film or similar material to prevent the company sticker from damaging the original box. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and its condition is verified, the refund will be processed according to the customer's original payment method.
For all products that are not in perfect condition and are being returned to the customer, the cost of the new shipping will be refunded. Therefore, if you have any questions, please contact us to approve the return. Electronic dartboards cannot be returned if they have marks on the back; please keep this in mind before mounting them on the wall, as the product will already be marked and considered used, thus not meeting our return policy. Darts and accessories cannot be returned if they have been played with and are marked; darts will mark simply by falling to the ground, and this is very important to check before returning any item. For products with free shipping on orders over €60, if the product is returned, the shipping costs for the initial delivery that were not covered by the discount applied to the purchase price will be deducted from the total amount paid at the time of the refund. This does not apply to exchanges, as we will cover both the initial shipping discount and the discount applied to the new shipment. In the case of an exchange, only the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for the replacement product will be charged.
When a product is returned and the order total is reduced to €0, the applied shipping discount is lost. Since the order total is less than €60, we cannot apply the shipping discount and are forced to do so to avoid losses on all returns, as even though we advertise free shipping, Manuelgil.com covers the shipping costs.
The shipping discounts applied by the website will always be reflected in the shopping cart at the time of ordering. When processing a return, whether by phone or email, you will be given the two shipping options available. For example, if we send the return via MRW (up to 5kg), the round-trip shipping rate is €5.99 + €5.99, meaning the refund will be €11.98 . If the original shipment is sent via Correos (Spanish Postal Service) and we provide the return shipping label, the cost will also depend on the weight, but for a 500g shipment, it will be €4.30 each way, totaling €8.60 to be deducted from the total refund amount. If the order is heavier, you will receive complete information on shipping costs and collection details when you contact us.
