We guarantee that all orders placed on Manuelgil.com will be shipped within 24-48 hours. If the order is placed on a local or national holiday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will always be shipped the next business day.
We guarantee that all our prices include 21% VAT. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Andorra, England, or any country outside the European Union where the order goes through Customs, the website will automatically deduct 21% when you select the destination country in your shopping cart. If you are a company registered to import, please contact us by email at manuelgil@manuelgil.com so we can deduct the VAT from your account.
Free shipping for orders over €75 . This promotion is valid for mainland Spain with Correos ( Spanish Postal Service) shipping and a weight of 1kg or less . For other destinations or orders with a total weight exceeding 1kg, a €4.30 discount will be applied to shipping. For orders of €100 or more, €6 will be deducted from the total shipping cost, making shipments up to 5kg free within mainland Spain . For other destinations, including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and any other destination, €6 will be deducted from the total shipping cost. Orders over €250 will receive an €8 discount on the total shipping cost: free shipping for shipments up to 10kg within mainland Spain ; for shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, or any other destination, €8 will be deducted from the total shipping cost.

Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, financing through Sequra, or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is limited depending on the product type and is only available for spare parts; it is never available for items such as pool tables, foosball tables, air hockey tables, ping pong tables, pedal cars, etc., with the sole exception of electronic and traditional dartboards. Furthermore, cash on delivery is limited to shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, the Azores, and all shipments that must pass through customs; these shipments must always be prepaid.
Financing available when paying by card. In your shopping cart, when you choose to pay by card, you can also finance your purchase if your bank is BBVA, Santander, Unicaja Banco, Caja Rural, Bankinter, Grupo Cooperativo Cajamar, Ibercaja, Eurocaja Rural, or Bankinter Card. Financing with Sequra: Split your payment into 3 installments starting from €2.95. At checkout, you can select this payment option and divide your order into 3 equal, interest-free payments. There's only a 2.95% processing fee (minimum €2.95). The remaining payments are free. One payment per month, instant and paperless. For example, if you choose to pay for a €100 order in 3 months, you would pay €33.33 at the time of purchase (plus a €2.95 processing fee) and another €33.33 each of the following two months. The monthly payment is automatically charged to your card on the same day of the month as the purchase. Financing with Sequra: Pay in installments over 4, 6, 12, or 18 months. At checkout, you can select this option and divide your order payment into 4, 6, 12, or 18 months for just a small fixed monthly fee. All you need is your ID, mobile phone, and bank card. Instant and paperless. You can complete the payment whenever you want at no extra cost for orders over €600. For example, if you choose to pay for an order of €180 over 4 months, you would pay €48 per month (just €3 per month per installment). The fees for each payment method are:
Shipping for electronic dartboards, traditional dartboards, spare parts, and accessories for billiards, foosball, air hockey, or ping pong tables will be handled by Correos or MRW. Customers can select their preferred shipping method in the shopping cart to choose the agency that best suits their needs.
There is the option to pick up your order at a local post office, so you don't have to wait at the delivery address. To find Correos (Spanish Postal Service) post offices, visit the Correos website; for MRW, the MRW website. Very important: if you choose to pick up your order at a post office, when placing your order, enter "pick up at post office" in the delivery address field in your shopping cart and also note this in the order comments.
We recommend: If the delivery address is a business, always use the business name and not your personal name. It's best to include your personal name in the comments section. Following these steps will help us avoid delivery delays.
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00 AM with MRW shipping will generally be shipped the same day, but may be shipped the following day. If same-day shipping is urgent, we recommend contacting us at +34 963 66 10 98 between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM when placing your order online to discuss the urgency. Orders shipped via Correos (Spanish Postal Service) will generally be shipped the following day. You will always receive an email notification when your order is shipped, and you can track it starting the next day using the link in the email. We never ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
If you need a quote or need us to send you an invoice in advance so you can make the payment, please send us an email to manuelgil@manuelgil.com indicating the order number.
We recommend checking your email regularly, as shipping information is sent via email. If, for any reason, delivery cannot be made, you will receive all the information by email. Shipping information will be sent within 48 hours. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the email will be sent on the next business day. If you do not receive shipping information within the stated timeframe, please contact us at +34 963 66 10 98 between 10:00 AM and 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday, or 24/7 via email at manuelgil@manuelgil.com. We will normally attempt delivery twice; after these two attempts, you can pick up your order at our depot. Orders are typically held at the depot for 7 days. After this period, they are returned to our warehouse, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
The delivery service for all other products (pool tables, foosball tables, air hockey tables, ping pong tables, trampolines, pedal cars, electric vehicles, outdoor games, playground equipment, etc.) is door-to-door. This type of delivery includes transport from our facilities to the customer's door, which is defined as the entrance to the property or building. The delivery time for these products differs from the one mentioned above and will be explained in the product description, as each manufacturer or brand has a different delivery time, typically between 3 and 7 business days.
All our items leave the factory with their packaging in perfect condition. Please, if you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, REFUSE the merchandise and inform our sales department. Even if the packaging appears to be in perfect condition, please write "subject to inspection" on the delivery note and sign it, because simply signing it without indicating anything will be considered as accepted delivery.
Please check the condition of the merchandise and notify us of any damage you observe within 24 HOURS OF delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept claims for damages made more than 24 hours after delivery, and we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery note is signed without any notation. It is always very important to write "pending inspection." If we inspect the shipment and find no damage, but the box is dented or marked, write "damaged package" (for even the smallest mark) and then sign. PLEASE INFORM the person who will receive the goods if they are not the same person who placed the order, because if they simply sign it, or if the package is damaged and they write "pending inspection" instead of "damaged package," the insurance will not cover it, and we will not be able to cover the damage or replace the item.
