- We assure you that every order placed on Manuelgil.com is dispatched within a maximum of 24h/48h. If the order is placed on a local or national holiday, Saturday or Sunday, it will always be dispatched on the next working day.
- We guarantee that all our prices include 21% VAT. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Andorra, the United Kingdom or any country outside the European Community whose order must clear Customs, the website will deduct the 21% once you enter the destination country in the shopping cart. If you are a company registered to import, please email manuelgil@manuelgil.com so we can remove the VAT at the customer-account level.
- Free shipping on orders over 75€, a promotion valid for mainland Spain with Correos selected as the carrier and a weight no greater than 1kg. For other destinations or a total order weight over 1kg, a 4.3€ discount will be applied to shipping. On orders of 100€ or more, 6€ will be deducted from the shipping total, which means shipments up to 5kg are free within mainland Spain; for all other destinations — the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands or anywhere else — 6€ will be deducted from the shipping total. On orders over 250€ there is an 8€ discount on the total shipping cost: within mainland Spain shipping is free for parcels up to 10kg; for shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands or any other destination, 8€ will be deducted from the shipping amount payable.

- For all other destinations, the shipping cost payable will be shown in the shopping cart, with the discount we apply to orders over 75€ -
The accepted payment methods are bank transfer, card, PayPal, financing through Sequra or cash on delivery. The latter is limited depending on the product type and is only allowed on spare parts, never on items such as Pool Tables, Table Football, Air Hockey Tables, Table tennis, Pedal Cars, etc., with the sole exception of Electronic and Traditional Dartboards. Cash on delivery is also limited to shipments destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, the Azores and any that must clear Customs: these must always be paid for in advance.
Financing by paying with a card. In the shopping cart, when you choose to pay by card, you can also finance your purchase if your bank is BBVA, Santander, Unicaja Banco, Caja Rural, Bankinter, Grupo Cooperativo Cajamar, Ibercaja, Eurocaja Rural or Bankinter Card. Financing by paying with Sequra: Split your payment into 3 from 2.95€. In the cart, when you complete your purchase, you can choose this payment option and split your order into 3 equal, interest-free payments, with only a study fee of 2.95% of the order (minimum 2.95€). The remaining payments have no associated cost. One payment a month, instant and paperless. For example, if you choose to pay a 100€ order over 3 months, you would pay 33.33€ at the time of purchase (+ a 2.95€ opening fee) and another 33.33€ over the following two months. The monthly charge is automatic on your card on the same day of the month you made the purchase. Financing by paying with Sequra: Split into 4, 6, 12 or 18 months. In the cart you can choose this option when completing your purchase and split your order payment into 4, 6, 12 or 18 months for just a small fixed monthly cost. Only your ID, mobile and bank card needed. Instant and paperless. You can settle the payment whenever you wish at no extra cost from 600€. For example, if you choose to pay a 180€ order over 4 months, you would pay 48€ a month (just 3€ a month per instalment). The transport service for electronic dartboards, traditional dartboards, spare parts or accessories for pool tables, table football, air hockey or ping pong tables is handled by the carrier Correos or MRW. In the shopping cart you can choose the shipping type so you can pick the carrier that best suits your needs.
There is the option to collect at the depot, so you don't have to wait at the delivery address. To see the Correos depots, visit the Correos website; for MRW, the MRW website. Very important: if you decide to collect at the depot, when placing the order in the shopping cart enter "I will collect at the depot" as the delivery address and also note it in the comments.
We recommend: if the delivery address is a business, always state the business name and do not use a personal name. The personal name is better noted in the comments. Bearing these details in mind helps us avoid delivery delays.
All orders placed Monday to Friday before 10:00 with MRW selected as shipping are, as a general rule, sent the same day, though it may be the following day. If it is urgent to ship the same day, we recommend that when placing the order on the website you contact us on 963661098 between 10:00 and 13:00 and mention the urgency. Orders shipped by Correos are, as a rule, always sent the following day. We always notify you by email when the order ships, and you can track it from the following day via a link in the email sent. We never ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
If you need a quote or need us to issue an invoice in advance so you can make payment, please send us an email at manuelgil@manuelgil.com stating the order number.
We recommend always keeping an eye on your email, as shipping information is sent by this means. If for any reason delivery could not be made, you will receive all the information by email. Shipping information is sent within 48h. If your order is processed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the email is sent on the next working day. If you do not receive shipping information within the stated period, it is important to contact us on 963661098 from 10:00 to 13:30 Monday to Friday, or 24h by email at manuelgil@manuelgil.com. As a rule, we always attempt to deliver orders twice; after these two attempts the order can be collected at the depot. The order usually stays at the carrier for 7 days; after these days it is returned to our warehouse, and the customer must pay the outbound and return costs.
The transport service for all other products (pool tables, table football, air hockey tables, ping pong, trampolines, pedal vehicles, electric vehicles, outdoor games, playgrounds, etc.) is door to door. This type of delivery includes transport from our premises to the customer's door, understood as the entrance door of the property or destination building. Deliveries are never made to upper floors, attics, basements, etc. If you have any questions, contact us on 963661098 or at manuelgil@manuelgil.com. The delivery time for these products differs from the one stated above and is explained on the item itself, since each manufacturer or brand has a different delivery time, ranging from 3 to 7 working days.
All our items leave the factory with the packaging in perfect condition. Please, if at the time of delivery you notice damage to the packaging, REJECT the goods and inform our sales department. Even if the packaging is in perfect condition, write "pending inspection" on the delivery note and sign it, because if you only sign without noting anything the delivery is taken as accepted.
Check the condition of the goods and report any damage you notice within the 24 HOURS FOLLOWING delivery.
Please note that we CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for damage claims made after the 24 hours following delivery, and we cannot be held responsible if the delivery note is signed without any annotation. It is always very important to note "pending inspection". If we inspect and find no damage in any area of the shipment: if the box is dented or marked, write "package dented" (for the slightest mark we see) and then sign. PLEASE, NOTIFY the person who will receive the goods if it is not the same person who placed the order, because if it is simply signed or, when dented, we write "pending inspection" instead of "package dented", the insurance would not cover it and we could not take responsibility for the damage or its replacement.

Shipping costs are always shown in the shopping cart before placing the order. We will give you the best transport and shipping option so that delivery is as effective as possible. If we have any free-shipping promotion or shipping discount, we will indicate it on the website.
Note: For orders sent to Ceuta, Melilla or any destination that must be sent without VAT or cleared through Customs, please get in touch before ordering so we can process a custom order.
