PLAZO DE ENTREGA:

Delivery time of 4 o 21 días laborables, si no hay rotura de stock en fabrica el plazo normal es de 4 días si hay rotura puede llegar hasta 21 días.

TRANSPORTE:

La mercancía recibida debe ser revisada por el cliente en el mismo momento en que la agencia de transporte realiza la entrega, si a simple vista se observa que tiene golpe, no aceptar la entrega y que el transportista se la lleve de nuevo.

Si se revisa y el embalaje está en perfecto estado anotar en el albarán siempre “bulto golpeado” antes de firmar, esto se hace para estar protegido cara el seguro del transporte ante cualquier daño que sufra el pedido en el transporte y no se pueda observar a simple vista.

La entrega se realiza puerta a puerta. Las agencias de transporte no ofrecen la posibilidad de subir a ningún piso o habitación.
